Krista Hrivnak is a self-motivated and goal oriented Senior Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in IT healthcare. Her previous engagements include leading large IT transformation projects at an academic medical center, a publicly traded vendor, and a not-for-profit payer.
Krista’s background in IT Project Management, clinical laboratory operations, and blood banking helps to ensure project teams remain on track while demonstrating outstanding risk management abilities. Her experience includes business analysis and working as a medical technologist in a high-volume blood bank/transfusion service. This enables a detail oriented professional skilled at directing team members through business requirements, design, build, and testing, through successful completion with a focus on increasing operational efficiencies.
Krista is a certified Project Manager (PMP) and maintains her Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) ASCP certification.
Krista grew up on the east coast and has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh. She loves travel and the outdoors. When she is not working, Krista enjoys skiing, hiking, and golfing.
